To My Mom.
On this day, the world was blessed,
With a woman clothed in grace and rest.
A godly heart, a shining light,
Guiding me through both day and night.
You taught me faith, steadfast and true,
To lift my eyes when skies were blue,
And when the storms of life would roar,
You showed me Christ, my steady shore.
In the household, your hands have sown,
Seeds of love that daily grow.
Through gentle words and patient care,
You built a home of peace and prayer.
A wife devoted, strong yet kind,
With wisdom deep and noble mind.
You showed me what a covenant means,
A sacred vow, a holy dream.
Your place as wife, you hold with pride,
Not shrinking back, nor pushed aside.
But standing firm, with love displayed,
A partner true, through trials stayed.
As mother, you have been my guide,
My role model, my joy, my pride.
You taught me courage, taught me grace,
And how to walk in wisdom’s place.
Your laughter rings, your prayers ascend,
Your love endures, it does not end.
And on this birthday, I proclaim,
How blessed I am to bear your name.
May heaven’s favor crown your years,
May joy outweigh all earthly tears.
For you, dear Mom, my heart will sing,
A daughter’s gift, my offering.
So here’s to you, both wife and mother,
Unlike you, there is no other.
A godly woman, rare and true,
Happy birthday, Mom—I honor you.
Rooted & Redeemed :)
